Your connection needs to remain stable while a programme is playing. The broadband speed advertised by your provider is only part of the picture: Wi-Fi signal, other people using the network and the viewing device can also affect playback. Test the connection where you actually watch television.
HD, Full HD and 4K availability depends on the source stream as well as the player, screen and connection. A 4K television cannot make every channel a 4K stream. If playback buffers, note whether one channel or several are affected before changing settings.

Is an IPTV player the same as an IPTV subscription?
No. The player is the software used to open and watch your service. The subscription provides account access. Downloading a player does not automatically include television content or an active subscription.
Can I watch IPTV on more than one screen at once?
This depends on the simultaneous connections allowed by your package. Confirm the connection limit before ordering if more than one person will watch at the same time. Device compatibility and connection limits are separate checks.
Are IPTV player apps always free?
Some players have their own licence or activation charge. Check the app publisher’s current terms and ask which player suits your device. A separate player charge should not be confused with your IPTV subscription price.
